I want to personally thank you for the excellent trip that you arranged for me and my friends. Your company treated us in a way that we considered you an integral part of our vacation. Your choice of venues and courses emphasized the beauty and hospitality of Southern Ireland. I personally would give you a five-star rating and would highly recommend you to any group wishing to plan a golf experience in Ireland.

Now that I’m settled back into the “grind” of life, I just wanted to take a few minutes to thank you for an experience of a lifetime.

From the moment I shook the hand of a 6’3” Irishman, I knew this was going to be the real deal! Not only did you pick some of the finest golf courses, you also chose the ones with “Irish character”; the kind that we Canadians only dream and read about, the ones like Carne. I still remember telling Spiros, “I’ve never seen anything like this, I thought hole 9 blew me away, but hole 10 was better than 9 then 11 better than 10, 12 better than 11….it just got better and better on the back nine!!”

I don’t even know where to start about the Guinness! Ireland should claim it as the 8th wonder of the world! Absolutely incredible! I can’t believe how different it tastes from here in Canada, and now I can claim “I can drink Guinness like an Irishman”….” Ah tut tut tut tut, not yet, not yet”

Another memory would be your stand-up comedy as you drove us from course to course. I’m quite certain your skill set is like no other; you had answers to my continuous questions on Irish history, and I could hear how proud you are of Ireland.


Mark, you added the perfect amount of personal touch and I only wished you could
have played a few more rounds with us. I would’ve liked a few more tips from the “Irishman”.

I can tell you for certain I’ll be working on Luc and Spiros to make sure we come back in 2 years and use your service, but more importantly we’d be coming back to see our good friend Mark.

I have never been so exhausted after a golf trip. It’s your fault, you made me walk all those holes. I know you did it on purpose. You evil, evil man, you!! You knew it would help me play better and it did!!! Thank you so much for the “tough love”(LOL).

All kidding aside,this was the best golf trip ever for many reasons not the least of which was the way you organised the week and our daily golf, your amiable and friendly manner at all times and the very interesting information you provided on the current and historical status of the towns and golf courses we played in Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Your knowledge of and love and pride for your country was both obvious and  charming. You would make a great ambassador for Ireland. The Ireland you showed us was spectacular! From the countryside driving to and from Sligo to the amazing links golf courses by the sea to the beautiful city of Dublin -it was all so special.
Finally, I must compliment both you and Ireland on the tremendous golf courses that you chose for us to play on. Truly spectacular links golf at all of them but particularly Royal Portrush, Carne and Strand hill were “over the top “great.

Who knew that the best links golf in the world was in Ireland not Scotland? Thank you so much for the wonderful golf tour of Ireland. Looking forward to returning and seeing you again, as soon as possible.
